Order Confirmation
After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. While Auvnex partners with reliable courier companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. In the event of any shipping delays or issues, Auvnex will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, Auvnex is not liable for any shipping delays or issues that may arise during the delivery process.
Processing Time and Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.It's important to note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Therefore, the total time it will take for you to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:
United States:7-10 Business Days*.
Europe:7-12 Business Days*.
Asia:5-7 Business Days*.
Others:7-14 Business Days*.
*This does not include 1-3 days processing time.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the logistics company.
Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, shipping location,COVID-19,custom inspection, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

We currently only offer Standard Shipping.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 in all countries we can deliver to, while orders under $35 will incur a base shipping fee of $6.99.
Package Delivery
Some of our courier partners may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, the courier will not leave the package at your doorstep without obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may leave it at a nearby location or attempt delivery again at a later time. Please note that Auvnex is not responsible for any issues that may arise because of courier decisions to leave packages without a recipient.
If you know that you will not be available to receive the package when it arrives, you may be able to arrange for someone else to sign for it. Alternatively, you can contact the courier company directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. It is important to note that once the package has been delivered and signed for, Auvnex is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may arise.
Lost or Stolen Package
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you reach out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages, and they may require additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates. Please note that Auvnex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these fall outside of our refund policy.
Customs & Duties (International shipping)
We include the appropriate paperwork with your package to ensure your order is processed through customs without a problem. While most orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. Any customs duties/fees/VAT/Brokerage fees imposed by Governmental Authorities or local/international carrier shall be the customer's responsibility.
If a package is refused due to customs or duties fee on an international order and the package is returned back to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees incurred on the package and the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the customer's total return.
Special Considerations
Auvnex cannot take responsibility for lost packages due to an invalid address.
All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if information is found to be fraudulent or the order total exceeds $100 USD.
In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
